This is an awesome graphic that shows off how colorful veggies are, and the benefits you can expect based on color alone. Who doesn’t want a rainbow on their plate? I know I get more and more excited as I pile delightful colors onto my plate. It’s nice to be able to switch it up.  As an aside, I’d like to share an absolute truth. When I cut open an eggplant, I get disappointed every time. Why can’t the whole thing be that deep purple delight?

CURRENT WEIGHT LOSS: 128lbs
JOURNEY START DATE: April 4, 2013
DURATION: 11 Months
Some people probably think i lost it “too fast”..keep in mind it took me 27years to figure out the RIGHT way to lose weight! I did it the healthy way…i re-learnt everything i knew about food, health and the way the human body works. its not a fad diet. i just did my research and worked hard at losing BAD HABITS and creating GOOD HABITS. I changed my lifestyle for life… i may have only just started a year ago but i cant wait to keep improving :)
